The hotel felt like stepping into a scene from a horror movie, with countless ants and mosquitos in the room, no functioning TV, fridge, air con, or Wi-Fi. The scorching heat made it nearly unbearable, but the hotel is well-known in the resort.

The staff were brilliant and provided good service during our stay. They were also lovely upon our arrival.
